Everything you need to go from zero to on-brand content in a few minutes. New to iBrand? Start at the top.

Getting started

iBrand is an AI content system that learns your brand and helps you consistently create marketing content — captions, campaigns, and hashtags that sound like you.

1. Download the app from Google Play and create a free account.
2. Set up your brand so iBrand understands your voice, audience, and offer.
3. Generate your first post and save it to your library.

Create your brand

Your brand profile is the single most important thing you'll do — every piece of content is anchored to it, so the more accurate it is, the more on-brand your results.

What you'll add

• Business type — whatever you do (real estate, fashion, coffee, coaching, SaaS…), so the content strategy matches how your business sells.
• What you offer — your products, services, or listings.
• Audience — who you're speaking to.
• Tone — the voice that feels like you (e.g. warm, bold, minimal).

You can create more than one brand and switch between them anytime — handy if you run multiple businesses or manage clients.

Generate content

From the Generate screen, pick a content type, add an optional prompt, and iBrand writes it in your brand voice in seconds.

• Captions — ready-to-post social captions.
• Campaigns — short campaign concepts and angles.
• Hashtags — relevant hashtag sets for reach.

Not quite right? Tap regenerate for a fresh take, or edit the text directly before saving. Every result stays on-brand and respects a prohibited-use guardrail.

Library & scheduling

Everything you save lands in your Library. From there you can edit, search, and set a status:

• Draft — a work in progress.
• Scheduled — pick the date and time you plan to post. Scheduled items also appear on your calendar.

Marking something scheduled doesn't auto-publish to social — it keeps you organized and reminds you when it's time to post.

Reminders

When you schedule a post, iBrand sets a reminder on your device that fires 15 minutes before the time you picked, so you never miss a slot.

• Turn reminders on or off anytime in Profile → Notifications.
• On Android 13 and newer, allow the notification permission the first time you're asked (or in system Settings) so reminders can show.

Plans & billing

iBrand is free to start. Your usage — generations this month and how many brands you have — is always visible on your Profile.

• Free — a monthly generation allowance and up to two brands.
• Pro — higher generation limits and more brands, for businesses posting every day.

Upgrades are handled securely in-app. Your plan and usage always reflect the latest state on your account.

Your data

Your brand details are used only to generate your content — to understand your voice, nothing more. Content is generated with a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) strictly to produce your results. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full details.
