iBrand (“we”, “us”) provides an AI content system that helps businesses create marketing content. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — how your data is processed by the AI service that powers content generation. By using iBrand you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email address and display name, used to sign you in and secure your account.
• Brand information — the brand profiles you create (name, industry, audience, tone, notes). We use these solely to generate your content.
• Content you generate — the prompts you enter and the content produced, stored so you can access your library.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting diagnostics to keep the app reliable.

How we use your information

• To generate on-brand content at your request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To communicate important account or service updates.

AI content generation & third-party processing

iBrand generates content using a third-party AI provider. When you request content, the details needed to fulfil that request — your prompt and the relevant fields of the brand profile you selected (such as name, industry, audience, and tone) — are sent to our AI provider, Google, through the Google Gemini API, which processes them to produce your content.

• Limited use. This data is used only to generate the content you asked for. We do not use your prompts or brand data to train AI models, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• Provider handling. Google processes this data as our service provider under its own API terms and data-protection commitments. Per Google’s API terms, data submitted through the paid Gemini API is not used to train its models.
• Consent. By generating content in iBrand, you consent to your prompt and selected brand details being sent to and processed by this AI provider for that purpose. If you do not consent, please do not use the generation feature.
• Don’t submit sensitive data. Please avoid entering personal, confidential, or sensitive information in prompts or brand fields, as this content is sent to the AI provider for processing.

Our AI provider may change over time; if we switch providers we will update this policy to name the current one.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run iBrand — our AI provider (described above) and our hosting/infrastructure providers — under appropriate safeguards, and only as needed to deliver the service.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your brands and content at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app.
